Stitching Wound Using Laser
Day by day our technology continue to grow and always developing new instrument that make our life easy and advance. One of this is Laser use to seal our wounds. We know laser is effective in cutting things and we seen them in many movies , but now Israeli Scientist research found it in reality and the experiments on real patients in Israel operating room have proven successful. Their wounds have healed faster and with less scarring. The Israeli scientist have now developed a way to make more accurate the control in the laser temperature by using two optical fibres. The first optical fibres delivers the laser beam and the other measure the heat by absorbing infra red radiation from the skin tissue that help the laser source to adjust its power accordingly. I’am hoping that research will apply soon in the public because we know that heat can prevent infection , can avoid a lot of blood losses by simply burning our deep wounds and can be used in surgery to seal internal wounds faster instead of stitching needles that give us scary scars.
If you are familiar with the movie “FACE OFF” between the mortal enemy Nicolas Cages and John Travolta. They change their face using laser beams to instantly sealed wounds and no scar left. I’am hoping this experiment developed the same what I have seen into the film or much better will continue to improved and support with the big companies because this experiment need a lot of money to perfect and apply in public.
Here is the sample video from youtube sites how they uses laser by stitching wounds
